            1. I note that a casual vacancy exists in the office of Parish Councillor on the Parish Council of the Parish of Beer following the resignation of Cllr. Martin Richards.

            2. The period during which any ten electors can give notice requiring an election to fill the vacancy will expire on the 25^th day of September 2025.
